How to Request a Service
STEP 1
Send us a brief description of your care needs. (this may include your primary disability, summary of services required, days and hours required, support worker preference, etc.)
STEP 2
We will get back to you with a profile of a dedicated support worker that will primarily care for you and quote for your services.
STEP 3
You can arrange a free meet and greet with the support worker. This can be either via phone call, video call or at a local public place.
STEP 4
Signing the service agreement and welcome package.
